About Cora Elise

Hi I’m Cora, founder of Cora Elise Fitness. My aim is to help people from the inside out, creating a healthier body, mindset and a balanced lifestyle.
I started my fitness journey from a very young age, but only started to take it more seriously around 18 years old when I fell in love with weight training, transforming my body and seeing my strength capabilities.
I wanted to share my passion with other women and started my personal training journey, helping women from all backgrounds become the best versions of themselves. I help many women transform their mindset and bodies.

A workout programme catered to you and your goals, meal guidance to help you keep on top of your nutrition and fuel your workouts properly, as well as weekly check ins. This service can be accessed worldwide so you can join team Cora Elise Fitness wherever you are. Remember it's a journey, not a destination.
Personal Training
You will become stronger and you will start to enjoy the process.
Whether you are wanting to build your curves, lose body fat or maybe you want to just become a better version of you mentally and physically, whatever your goal, my personal training programmes will help you achieve that. If you wanted to train with friends or family member I also offer group training.
Classes - SocaFit
A fun, yet intense workout to the sweet sounds of soca & bashment music.
The class is guaranteed to get you a sweat on and burn calories in a motivating environment. The music, the atmosphere and the movement was just so exhilarating and energetic. There is adaptions provided throughout the class for beginner, advanced or injuries, so all fitness levels and backgrounds are welcome.

Cora closely monitors her client’s progress – she always acknowledges and celebrates success. I can’t recommend Cora highly enough to anyone looking to lose weight / build lean muscle mass / get fitter in a positive and motivational environment.
